Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures at the KC Cat Clinic, we work by appointment. Occasionally there may be appointment delay because of the inevitable emergency or the kitty that is much sicker than expected.  Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, a drop-off appointment may be available if you are a current, established client. Usually we will ask you to drop off by a specific time in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to discuss what's been found, the recommended treatment, and to give you discharge instructions. When we have your cat for this kind of visit, we strive to make them as comfortable as possible. There is an additional fee for this care

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. We also require that all cats be in carriers before entering the clinic.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
